YOUR MISSIONS 

HR Path is looking for a Workforce Software Functional Consultant to join our team. Are you ready to bring your ideas into life, apply your technical skills into the HR field and have a global impact immediately? Join HR Path!

The Consultant works to deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Product Suites in a way that solves the distinct business challenges for each customer.  The Consultant works as a member of our Global Services team to ensure the successful delivery of WFS Product Suites according to the customer’s documented timekeeping, scheduling and labor tracking business requirements :

  • Educate customers on best practices in implementation of WFS Product Suites
  • Estimate work effort and communicate with Project Managers, customers and stakeholders on project status
  • Gather customer-specific needs and communicate information to WFS project teams
  • Partner with all WFS internal teams during project phases to ensure a successful customer implementation
  • Assist customers with software testing along with roll out and go-live activities such as data loads and system initialization
  • Conduct web-based and on-site customer solution training workshops
  • Become familiar with aspects of labor laws and how they impact employers and their employees
  • Attend training courses and undertake self-learning as required to further develop the skills and knowledge necessary for continued success
  • Ability to travel as much as 20%, with potential for international travel

 

YOUR ASSETS ✅

  • A graduate from a recognized 3-year accounting or finance program with exceptional academic performance in accounting and tax courses
  • Completion of upper-level tax courses (corporations, trusts, GST)
  • At least 3 years full cycle bookkeeping experience in accordance with Canadian Accounting Standards in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll
  • Knowledge of tax return preparation and tax calculation rules for individuals and corporations
  • Proficient in SAP FI/SD and Microsoft Office, comfortable learning and using new software
  • Ideally you speak English and French fluently
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to details
