YOUR MISSIONS ✅
As a SuccessFactors Consultant you will be integrated to our HR Path US Team, and you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients’ processes
- Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development
- Assist in proposal development
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
- Link the business requirements to optimize the SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Educate the client on SuccessFactors and technical requirements
- Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the client
YOUR ASSETS ✅
- Bachelor or master’s degree in either Business, Engineering, or Organizational Development/Human Resources
- You have a minimum of 3 years working experience in HRIS and you have a strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Business Processes. In addition, you have a strong experience in implementing at least two end-to-end SuccessFactors projects.
- Certified in at least one SuccessFactors Module, preferably Professionally Certified
- Ability to work with multi-national teams being fluent in English
- Demonstrate the willingness to learn and challenge business practices. You have excellent oral and written communication skills allowing you to build a trustful relationship with clients. You show dynamism, perseverance and know how to take initiatives, you greatly appreciate moving forward as a team in fast-paced international environment.
