Your mission
As a Central Payroll Consultant, you will have to:
- Participate in the translation of the client’s needs into deliverables, preparation of documentation and presentations.
- Accompany the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solution
- Prepares and facilitates design workshops on the topics mastered
- To control the quality of the service provided to the client
- Ensure technical maintenance
- Participate in the life of the project team with other HR Path consultants.
- Passing on knowledge to the younger generation
- Carry out technical monitoring
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
- Minimum of one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation, including hands-on design and configuration within one or more of these areas:
- Payroll Operations
- Payroll Transformation
- Global Payroll
- Payroll Integration
- Payroll Interfaces
- Payroll Tax
- Payroll Processes
- You have experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings
- You have team lead experience
- You have external client-facing consulting experience
- Experience with PTP Replication Setup (SaaS Model)
- Experience with BSI TaxProfileFactory Setup (SaaS Model)
