Things you need to know about SAP SuccessFactors 2020 updates
As you know, SAP SuccessFactors has quarterly released that occur four times a year. It’s going to change. SuccessFactors launches are scheduled to take place twice a year from mid-2020. This frequency of disclosure will not slow down the number of innovations you expected, but will allow your business to understand, test and adopt opt-in new functions.
2020 Release Dates –The target release dates are 15 May 2020, and 20 November 2020 and the preview releases are approximately four weeks prior.
Affected Products – All products previously on a quarterly cadence will follow the twice a year release schedule.
Unaffected Products – SAP SuccessFactors Mobile and Recruiting Posting’s monthly release schedule will continue without any change.
A good thing to note: non-disruptive, business-critical and compliance-related improvements will continue to occur within the regularly scheduled weekly maintenance period. So, what does that mean to you? Extra time to review the new features and enhancements to understand how they work in the company.
