  • IMPLEMENT: Depending on the issues, HR Path supports its customers in the technical and functional implementation of all HR solutions: Cegid, Oracle, Sage, SAP SuccessFactors, Silaexpert, ServiceNow, SopraHR, Talentsoft and Workday.
  • RUN: We operate the HR solution that supports the digital transformation of your company.

 

YOUR MISSIONS 

Your missions, as a Junior Consultant, are very varied and related to all the strategic issues of the HR and HRIS fields, whatever the functional (GTA, Talent Management, Training,) and technical fields (Business Intelligence, Portal, Dematerialization, …)

As a Junior SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be in charge of:

  • Carrying out opportunity studies and business cases
  • Managing specifications and help customers choose solutions
  • Modeling, harmonizing, optimizing HR business processes
  • Designing and producing HR tools in complex environments
  • Supporting deployment
  • Managing changes and correcting HR applications in operational mode
  • Translating the client’s needs into deliverables and preparing
    documentation and presentations
  • Supporting the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solution
  • Preparing and lead design workshops on the subjects mastered
  • Providing technical maintenance
  • Participating in the life of the project team with other HR Path consultants

 

YOUR ASSETS 

🎓You have an HRMaster or an experience in HR

💼You are interested in the HRIS sector

🌎You speak German and English fluently

📈You are dynamic, know how to take initiatives, are good at listening and
relating to others, are diligent and autonomous and greatly appreciate
working in a team
