Vanessa McPherson, Managing Director, HR Path Australia, explains the HR Path’s Workday Application Management Service (WAMS) approach to the Workday practice as an end to end service offering which offers flexibility to the customer the choice between ‘Tier 2’ or ‘Tier 3’ Workday support, as well as client augmentation – ‘Tier 1’ – to support post ‘go-live’.
